We've been coming here for years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff is always polite, the dining area always clean, the food perfect.The few times there have been a mistake, they've corrected with no problem. This is the best Taco Bell we've ever been to, and they'll continue to have our service.

Great cook at night shift. Was soo good. We give him or her 10 fingers up. We definitely will be back.

Dive a big truck so cant fit in drive thru so they let us walk to the window and order. Cute worker's too

My son got us taco supreme and the dog got a rice cheese chicken taco..the dogs was good..Ours were bone this a meat paste and not even sour creme invite..what a waste of 16 dollars..next time we go across the street to Burger King...I won't go back there.

Food was good but the wait is long.

Used to be better. Went the other day and the soft tacos had about an inch worth of meat, cheese , lettuce tomato etc. And the rest was the tortilla. And my seven layer burrito had no guacamole or sour cream

Every time I go here it's great, if I say I want or don't want something they do something amazing that no other place I know does, they get my order right every single time! To me that's worth a lot.

I have never had a fully accurate order that actually watched what was on my receipt in the last two years. Also, sometimes it works in my favor and I get extra random stuff. I go here whenever I decide I want to be surprised by my meal... Usually tasty though.

What I love about Taco Bell is that it's there for me when I've had a long day and need something to soak up my alcohol... even at 1am.

We just went through the drive-thru and we asked if we could do 2 orders. The guy on the headset said "no, only one." I asked him why and that we've done it before. He said that he was the only one there tonight and that he didn't want to overwhelm himself. Um, what?? The inside is closed and we were the only ones in line. How is two orders for one car any different than 2 cars in line with one order each? I would write more, but I don't want to overwhelm myself. 🙄

I'm not a Taco person. But depending on what time of the day depends on what kind of service you get.

Loved it. I mean I kinda hate the new paint job on the place. It makes it look like a post office or a playground or something. Very unappetizing. But other than that they just remodeled the whole inside and it's so nice in there they have new touch screen self serve options that have so much to chose from and it's way easier if you have anxiety or are unsure about what you want. I go here almost every day.

Typically quick service, sometimes long lines and wait times; usually after the school kids are leaving or really late at night. The staff is friendly for the most part, usually ask how my day is. The food is amazing!! I miss you order is usually correct but there have been times when it was wrong and the attitude from the servers when I brought it back was less than pleasant. But overall a great place to eat, 9/10 would recommend.

We love the crunch wrap supreme. Taco Bell food is flavorful and inexpensive as fast food goes

All our food was COLD....Had the nacho cheese fries, they were COLD.... the container of nacho cheese I received had maybe a tablespoon of cheese instead of being full and fresh! Sweet polite little girl took our order and money, there needs to be a change in leadership!!

Restuarant was clean and appeared well maintained. Food was good and Staff was polite, but I am giving only 3 stars as we thought the service was slow for the amount of customers waiting. They didn't seem that busy but it took awhile for someone to take our order and then what I felt was excessive amount of time to get our food.

I truly used to love Taco Bell but, I hate that they started putting rice in almost everything it seems. I understand they need to use a cheap filler but, I would rather pay a quarter more than to have white rice in my burrito or taco salad....enough said about that!

They serve breakfast! I had no idea. AND my husband was still able to get his beloved tacos (after 8am) the self serve ordering system was awesome too!

Poor don't go there

I ordered 2 meals at the drive through. One was a 4 for $4.00 (me), the other a 5 for $5.00 (my bf). I don't frequent fast food restaurants so it's always a treat for me. I drove up to the window to pay to find out the lady in the vehicle ahead of me paid for our meals. Thank you who ever you are!The food was great.

We waited, inside, for 30 minutes to get the order already paid for. They had prioritized the drive through, leaving the dining room full of angry people. The cashier was super friendly though, and when we finally were served the food was as expected.

New Raco Bell in E Palatka is great. Friendly peoole. Palatka store unfriwndly, higher prices (franchise store), dirty. I drive the ectra miles to go to new store

Staff always friendly and courteous and the food is quick and great. My 2nd favorite fast-food place after the Burger King on Crill. My son and I love Mex but my wife who is Asian only likes it occasionally. But the store and restrooms are always clean and orderly so that is a big plus for her.

Food was very good. I believe that the fresh veggies could have been better quality though.

Easy place to get Mexican food on the go

While what food I did get was good I was missing a whole taco. I was cheated out of my money but was still happy with the food that I get.

Love love love Taco Bell. The buffalo chicken fries and wrap are AMAZING! The new Taco Bell on the river in East Palatka is beautiful and the employees I've dealt with are all very quick friendly and polite. 5 stars from me

Got there before 11:00 got food quick and was out of there in 30 minutes

If I could give this store a 0 I would have. I placed a order by website. When I picked up my order it was in a warming box the bag was ripped and the complete order was in one bag! 12 tacos, nachos, Burritos and the cinnamon bite things all in ONE bag. When I asked for my drink they told me I hadn't I asked if they could give me a copy of my receipt and they told me its in my email. So I pull up my email and sure enough theres my drink go back in to the store and the cashier acted like she could care less didnt apologize. Drove home to find my order was not complete and the food had been made well in advance of my pick up time. The food was cold and mushie. I then called the store was hung up on by the manager then when I returned to the store the staff was rude and un carrying, refused to answer questions and was unable to refund my order becaise it was a web order. Do your selfs a favor just dont go to this location.

I love Taco Bell, but the service here was horrible. We ordered from kiosk and got our food as usual, but we were missing items and had extra items. When I went to the manager, she said she couldn’t do anything because we ordered from the kiosk! When I told her that I wanted what we had paid for she finally agreed to make the items that we were missing. Like the food. The service sucks at this one.

Food is good however lady that was taking our orders was on her phone!!! Very unprofessional
